This position manages the overall operations for nursing services and patient care at two or more DaVita hemodialysis facilities including but not limited to financial management, quality assurance and patient care, safety, risk management, teammate job fulfillment, quality index scores, facility maintenance, and other required duties that may arise during the general operations of the facility. This position assures the safe, therapeutic nursing management of the End State Renal Disease patient (ESRD).

Success at a DaVita dialysis facility is measured by how well patients respond to their dialysis treatments. The FA is responsible for monitoring patient clinical outcomes utilizing DaVita's quality metric (DQI) in coordination with doctors, nurses and the interdisciplinary team.
Our best FAs thrive when they build a team of clinicians to achieve optimal results. FAs interview and hire, monitor compliance, conduct teammate evaluations, lead teammate satisfaction initiatives and incorporate Core Values within all aspects of the clinic.
Successful FAs ensure the complete operation and performance of their clinic including all financial aspects. FAs manage budgets, forecast expenses, communicate with vendors, order supplies, and ensure compliance with public health and safety standards.
This position is responsible for the delivery of all dialysis related nursing services for the End Stage Renal Disease patient in a chronic setting.
The Patient Care Technician (“PCT”) I position assists registered nurses in providing dialysis treatment for the End-Stage Renal Dialysis (“ESRD”) patient.
